RETURN POLICY ON ALL HOME DECOR, TEXTILES, PILLOWS, HOME ACCESSORIES, AND CANDLES
We will gladly offer you a replacement or refund on any eligible merchandise within 21 days of receiving the item.
Please visit the RETURN + EXCHANGE CENTER (located in the footer at the bottom of our home page) for a return or exchange authorization within 21 days of receiving the item. You'll need the email address the order was placed with, and the order number. Once a return or exchange is approved by our team, we will issue a shipping label. Returns or exchanges must be placed back in the mail within 7 business days. You are able to exchange any purchased items for the same product, or another of your choosing. If there is an outstanding balance, you will receive an invoice via email to pay the difference. If there is a remaining balance, you will be refunded the difference to your original form of payment. Returning the item(s) is at your own risk; we are not liable for damages caused by inadequate packaging, or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are returned to us damaged, or returned outside of the allotted return time frame, will not be eligible for a refund/exchange and you will be notified.
RETURN POLICY ON FURNITURE, RUGS AND LIGHTING
We are pleased to extend our refund policy to encompass eligible purchases of furniture, lighting, rugs, and large-format art within a 30-day period following the delivery date.
To initiate the return process, kindly reach out to our customer service via email, within 30 days of the delivery date. Please provide the email address associated with the order and the corresponding order number. Once our team approves the return, you will receive the necessary information to commence the return procedure.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged in their original packaging and returned to the appropriate party. Additionally, a restocking fee of 25% will be charged. The customer is responsible for arranging the freight to return items and all said freight charges. COCOON HOME is not responsible for any fees that may be associated with this freight process.
Please note that returned items must be dispatched via mail within 14 business days. Please be advised that returning the item(s) is undertaken at your own risk, as we cannot be held liable for any damages incurred due to insufficient packaging or any loss or damage sustained during the return transit.
Kindly be aware that items received in a damaged condition or returns not received within the specified time frame will not qualify for a refund. You will be promptly notified via email once the evaluation process is completed. Please note that not all furniture, rugs, lighting, large-format art, or online exclusives are subject to our return policy. FINAL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS
Please note that FINAL SALE and CLEARANCE items are not returnable or exchangeable.
COCOON HOME does not accept returns or exchanges on the following items: items purchased at warehouse sales, pop-up shops, or gift cards. Any product that has been customized/personalized for you is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We are unable to cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed. It is possible to cancel backordered items in your order, since they are not scheduled for immediate shipment.
