Shipping policy

FULFILLMENT TIME

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup. 

Online exclusive items - if not on backorder, you can expect to receive your order within 4-8 weeks.

LOCAL STORE PICKUP

Free order pickup is available at our store in Escondido,CA with the exception of online-exclusive items. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready to be picked up. 

Our store pickup hours are Mon. - Fri.: 10-8pm. We're on the 3rd floor in North County Mall.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
