ADU Project Long Beach

oThis accessory dwelling unit in Long Beach was designed to maximize livability within a compact footprint while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic. The layout prioritizes functionality and flow, integrating an open-concept living area with a efficiently planned kitchen, full bathroom, and a well-proportioned bedroom sized for a queen bed.

Natural light, storage efficiency, and spatial clarity guided the design approach. The kitchen was configured along a linear wall to preserve sightlines, while the bathroom and laundry zone were strategically positioned to optimize plumbing runs and overall circulation.

Subtle material selections, warm finishes, and streamlined forms create a sense of visual calm, giving the small space an elevated, residential feel. The project reflects a balance of practicality and comfort—transforming a compact structure into a highly livable modern retreat
