Renovation Project Long Beach
This full renovation transformed a dated 1950s Long Beach home into a bright, modern, and cohesive living space. The project included a complete kitchen redesign—replacing dark oak cabinets, tiled countertops, and outdated finishes with two-tone cabinetry, quartz surfaces, modern hardware, and warm new flooring.
The bathroom was refreshed with a natural wood vanity, matte-black fixtures, and a clean, contemporary palette. In the living room, the heavy stone fireplace was rebuilt with a streamlined shiplap surround and wood mantel to create a fresh focal point.
The home also received all-new flooring, updated interior paint, and a full exterior refresh with new stucco and paint, dramatically improving curb appeal. The result is a warm, functional, and elevated interior that feels completely renewed.
